Wander through each room, open closets (yes, really!), peek at the views, and get a true sense of the space. Want to sit on the porch for a minute or measure a wall? Go right ahead! I encourage you to bring a notepad and pen – jot down your thoughts, likes, dislikes, and any questions that pop up.

Your Honest Thoughts are Golden:
This is SO important! As we look at different properties, please, please, please be brutally honest with me about everything – the location, the size, the condition, the layout, the feel of the neighborhood... everything!

Does the kitchen work for you?

Is the bathroom accessible enough?

How does the overall flow of the home feel?

Can you genuinely picture yourself living here happily?

Don't Worry About My Feelings! Here's a little secret:

Most of the homes we'll see are listed by other real estate agents. So, if you don't like something (or even if you hate it!), you won't hurt my feelings one bit by saying so.

In fact, your candid feedback is incredibly valuable. The more I understand what you truly think and feel, the better I can refine our search and zero in on homes that are a fantastic match for you.
